I know exactly what you mean! I love to meta KAT-TUN and Akame and can probably meta for ages. They're just so fascinating. They're really not like Western bands, because what they're selling isn't just music, but their actual personalities. In a way, it can kind of reminds me of reality shows because what we're seeing is like a slice into their everyday lives (well, sort of, minus the sparkly costumes and feather boas, but then again, it is Johnny's; not very surprised if sequins and sparkles are of the norm for them). Asfjkl, I haven't managed to find Kame's translated web blog yet (I've seen one entry and his emoticons kill me. so cute.) but I wouldn't say no if you directed me towards it. ;)

I don't think I'll ever stop loving Kame either, no matter how many other JE guys I end up loving. The Kame hate makes me sad. :| It's like, why? D: He's so hardworking and stressed out and incredibly dorky despite the fact that he tries so hard to be cool, and, well, he gives me the impression that he never really got over his awkward phase despite the fact that he's insanely gorgeous now. Actually, KAT-TUN hate in general makes me sad. It puzzles me because...how can you have so much hate in a fandom that consists of sparkles and shiny costumes? :(

Yeah, I mean, at the time when Jin announced his hiatus, everything must have been chaotic and uncertain, but it turned out that the hiatus actually helped. The other members had to step up and Kame wasn't as burdened anymore so he relaxed and the group became more settled. I get the feeling Koki and Kame were the most terse about his leaving, which is interesting because Koki and Jin was mad at Shuji to Akira, so it kind of makes me wonder Koki and how he regards KAT-TUN now.

Even rumours and sightings of Akame interaction makes us flail. :| Akame fans are definitely one of a kind. Hee.

But! They saw fireworks together. :D

See, the thing is, I can't really see Pin. I can see Pikame, I can see Akame, and I can see Tomapi, but...I can't see Pin. I think it's because there's really no tension there; it really feels like they're bffs who do idiotic and stupid shit together, and therefore incredibly hilarious, but...no hint of something more. It's sort of like Koki/Kame too, because while they're dorky and fun, they also have this...vibe, probably because they weren't so close before and because Koki sort of admitted he hated Kame for debuting without them. But then, there are instances where Koki would back Kame up despite it, like in the Heyx3 interview when Kame was basically being cornered about forgetting/erasing the number of this guy who acted as the Vice Principal in Gokusen, Koki sort of intervened and said Kame does that to him too-he'd send text messages and Kame won't reply, and then they backed off Kame. At the time, I was too busy trying to analyse the Akame dynamics to do anything more than think that was nice of Koki, but now with JE focusing on Koki/Kame a bit more, it sort of just occurred to me that Koki does this every so often (if not frequently).

I don't think Akame can completely cut ties off from each other either. I mean, even when they were chibis they still fought a lot apparently. Over more simple stuff maybe (and god, chibi Akame is really so adorable XD), but I in the end they made up and I think that's kind of how it is now as well. They fight, they make up, and then they'll probably fight and make up again. ;) Like you said, there's too much history. :|

I miss first year too. :(

*laughs* I do indeed have msn. Just added you now. There's also gmail (larklavroc) if you prefer that. :D

And...I think you're online at the moment. *laughs*
