Today was alright, I wore a purple hat that goes with my brother's Willy Wonka costume (old school willy wonka thank you. e__e) and that's it. I pretty much went through the day, awaiting the Halloween Fest. To get it over with, every day Anime Club meetings aren't that great.) I initially did not sign up to decorate but Eve needed help with drawing but that didn't end up happening so I felt virtually useless during the hour of preparation. So by that point I was a little sad like my bitchy self and observed when blobs of people started coming in.
To tell you the truth, I did not expect as many people to come. But what do I know?
I saw plenty of nice costumes, joruri has a cute costume from Suikoden. My friend Marri (sp?) had a TERRIFIC Vicent Valentine (FF7) costume. She pulled it off very well, since her hair is already long and black and she even have the ripped tarnished cap thingy and the claws, it was truly awesome. Then when heading toward 3rd period I see the back of someone wearing a SHEENA costume from ToS. And I so wanted to see the rest at that moment, I did see it later. ^__^ That costume was great too. My friend Andrea was also FF cosplaying, she was Tifa whom I thought she looked pretty good, I never played the game but when I saw her I knew instantly who she was. XD Unfortunately she saw someone else in a Tifa cosplay who had gloves and she did not. Poor Andrea, she wanted to dress up as something noone else was. XD
And there were a bunch of other nice costumes out there, I saw plenty of Reno (FF again) cosplaying guys. XD Wasn't sure what Louisa was cosplaying as, but whatever it was it looked good! XDD;; At Hallo Fest the cosplaying contest, it was down to Marri and a Tetris Piece. XD Tetris piece was original, I mean a 'L' shaped card board costume was pretty funny, and well painted. But I had to vote for Marri because I could tell how much work was put into the costume. :3
I bought a 75 cent DBZ card at some random booth, it shows Supreme Kai injured and Bibidi standing over him. ;-; I just got it because it was Supreme Kai, but I wish it wasn't like THAT. XD;;
I occasionally watched the videogame areas, mostly Smash Bros Melee, they kept using speedy guys (some guy was using Fox and I saw Fox on the screen ALOT of the time.) and were at the Final Destination stage. Later on I was asked to watch over the Gold Fish booth. XD Really random...
Ok fast forwarding toward me at home and when trick or treaters come. Most of them were little kids ranging from 5-7 from looks. They're so cute. ;; One kid with blond hair was dressed at Naruto and it looked really cute (and well made). I said "Oh, Naruto!" and the kid was telling his friend "Wow she knows who he is." "Yea most people don't" XDD Wait till them kids go on the internet...
Then, another little guy came and he was in this blue parrot costume and it was ADORABLE. And his shoes were little parrot bird feet. I love baby/youngster clothing, hard to believe we all fit in theme at one point!
Ms. Meade is coming back tomorrow, oh joy. e__e I do feel sorry for her, I BELIEVE her mom or something passed away and that's why she's gone
