Hi people. Looks like I've been ages updating this little place. If you're wondering about the picture this week, it's a couple of characters from the incredible www.megatokyo.com. This wonderful manga/gaming comic has been around a while now, and is the work of the incredibly talented Piro, who has given us a couple of coloured little treats.
Well, onto the issue... I always thought that the shows were a little bit better for buying PC parts than ordering off the internet, but when I found that you could receive orders within 3 days, I decided to scope out some prices.
What can I say? I'm amazed. I just ordered 256Mb of 2100 DDR ram for £34, 100 jewel-cased writeable CDs for £34, and a Geforce2 GTS for £100. All in all, fucking incredible prices, and with 3-days delivery, much more convenient than waiting a fortnight for the next show :)

Now you might want to know why there is a popup-advert coming all of a sudden - well we've always had these adds hidden at the top of pages, but since you get 3-4 frames opening on each page here, it was slowing the site speed down to a crawl. By making the popup adds appear in a seperate window, they only appear once, rather than 4 times per page. Sorry if you don't like them, but they're much faster you'll be pleased to know. :)
Finally, there's another victory for USCM in the challenge area, BZ2 deathmatch this time.
