All my cosplaying friends would be so proud of me right now. I'm helping/directing one of my house mates in creating a costume for Halloween. What's so special about it? Well, she's making a Princess Leia costume to surprise her boy with when he comes to campus next weekend for our Halloween party and the game and whatnot. Oh, and I'm talking bikini and chains Princess Leia, not white shapeless gown with cinnabuns on her head.So far the bottom half is coming along quite nicely. We're using cardboard for metal plate, she's already put two layers of gold metallic paint on it and is shaping wire to make the detailing. Perhaps I'll upload pictures later, I'll definitely post pictures of the finished product, and will update once we start making the top part of the bikini thing.
