Wow!
Haven't updated this thing in FOREVER. Here we go.
Phoenix is hot. Very very hot. Today's high was 108. And it felt WONDERFUL! That isn't sarcasm, it's the freaking truth. After living in such a cold, snowy, generally yucky climate, it feels good to walk outside and feel roastytoasty and not be shivering all the damn time. The only drawback to this is that my grandmum's car, which I'm currently borrowing, has black leather interior. I now sport a tramp stamp leather burn. XD
At the moment, I'm super broke, thanks to the trip I had to make to California. This isn't helping me overcome my intense dislike of California. XD I still don't have rent ready. I have to wait another week to get paid.
The upstairs A/C works only sporadically now, which is not cool since the upstairs turns into an oven during the day and now my boss is sending me home with piecework for me to do in my studio. Melting will not be tolerated!
I'm on a T-shirt kick. I've been repurposing T-shirts like a madwoman. Tops, skirts, spats, jewelry, you name it. My sewing machine seems to be cooperating at the moment.
Some douche on DA is stealing artwork and photoshopping it in gross, perverted ways. My work may have been hijacked for this purpose, although we can't seem to find the secret account he's bragging about where said stolen art has been posted. He's been reported.
