everyday walk 30 mins

MWF - bench press, flat chest press, incline chest press, decline chest press, preacher curls, curls, dumbbell row, military press

MTWT - 20 minutes HIIT trainng.

I weigh about 184 now. two months ago I was working hard at destroying what's left of my liver and now I'm trying to get into the best shape of my life.

fuck the vicodin just kicked in. unrelated; makeshift sleep aid.
