Lost a fang...
Er, molar rather...
Normally I don't post this stuff (big deal, lost a tooth) but this one's particularly nasty, so of course I took a pic of it :)
I went to an el-cheapo dentist about a year ago when this was a smaller cavity.
Paid cash and just let her drill and, well, you get what you pay for...
After a year the filling fell out and the tooth (#1 molar) rotted nicely.
Nerves were long dead by this point, so no real pain.
So this time I had an oral surgeon yank it out of my skull; relatively quick but NOT painless. However, they were nice enough to prescribe me 600mg Ibuprofen and 650mg Darvocet, so life is good :)
