Oooh, this is very interesting. I am definitely loving the build-up here. Also, Jaida is awesome.

Changed a lot how, out of curiosity? Like, "natural character development as the story progresses" or more like, you originally conceived of her being a certain way but she changed somewhere along the line? Either way, I know what that's like!

The second one. I didn't really have a strong idea of who she was at the start, but then I guess that changed. Reading over it again, maybe the change isn't as drastic as I thought, but she's definitely different later.
