22. Tell us about one scene between your characters that you've never written or told anyone about before! Serious or not.
Uh. Well. I never did write the scene where Cyprian and Cliff meet Jaida and Jaida pervs out on Cyprian, who then somehow manages to "strike out" as according to Cliff, but does well enough that Jaida doesn't hunt him down like a dog in the streets for denying her.

23. How long does it usually take you to complete an entire story-from planning to writing to posting (if you post your work)?
An entire story, from chapter A to chapter Z? Can't say I've ever done that. I've almost always given up first - the only example of that not happening was Through a Pale Curtain, which took a little under a month, being a NaNoWriMo novel.

24. How willing are you to kill your characters if the plot so demands it? What's the most interesting way you've killed someone?
Depends on the character. I'd kill anyone if the plot demanded it, but I'd miss writing the character if I liked them. As for most interesting death, I'd say death by choking on an antidote. It was as dumb and heavy-handed as it sounds.

25. Do any of your characters have pets? Tell us about them.
Cyprian has Mena, a cat of indeterminate breed, who is mostly a background pet. She's based off of my cat, Lilly, and two different cats belonging to friends, Jack and Sweetie. Which of course means she's proud, disdainful of all (including her master at times), demands frequent pettings, purrs like an airplane engine, and objects quite vocally to many things.

Sara Smyth has a pet rainbow fish, Lemon Chiffon, and a pet axolotl, Spumoni. Spumoni is lazy, more than a bit dumb, and adorable, and Lemon Chiffon is a typical fish.

Valentio had a pet chihuahua, Martin Suarez (or MS), but was forced to abandon him when he was called to Castle Volacoeur. MS died about five years after Valentio left him. MS was a yappy, twitchy, nervous dog that Valentio at first hated for not being a Grasshill Cerberus, but grew to love over the years he had him.

26. Let's talk art! Do you draw your characters? Do others draw them? Pick one of your OCs and post your favorite picture of him!
I do draw my characters. I adore drawing. As for favorite drawing, I'd say this drawing of Kitty Eyre is my favorite I've ever done for the colors, followed by this drawing of Cyprian, Jaida, and Sorensen for being a labor of love.

27. Along similar lines, do appearances play a big role in your stories? Tell us about them, or if not, how you go about designing your characters.
I don't think I spend much time on detailing character appearances unless they're smoking hot. Hair color plays a significant role in potential magic power, so I do pay a lot of attention to that. Mostly, I just note hair and eye color in my descriptions. I used to be much better at designing characters.

28. Have you ever written a character with physical or mental disabilities? Describe them, and if there's nothing major to speak of, tell us a few smaller ones.
I wrote a mute character once, and a few schizophrenics and sociopaths. The mute character was Hinako, who was being mind controlled by an old lover, but eventually broke free of his influence to die heroically. My two schizos were Elinor Pitch and Kara Lisle. Elinor was in a psych ward, being all angsty teenager, and Kara thought she was shifting in and out of hell and earth and had an unfortunate case of word salad.

Sociopaths include Mindy Albanese, Arthur Alvarro, Jackson Kitching, the Author, Hara Shiro's killer whose name I forget, Rani Kagamine, Lenore Ames, and technically Yuriya Sakuragi and vampire!Ragnar Merridan. I like sociopath villains.
