Maybe half-ish through season one? I can't remember when I stopped watching though, I'm trying to figure out what episode I was on now. I was waiting to see if it got better, and by the looks of it, it did. \o/

The second half of S1 is where it improved for me (well, everything after Denna, really) but I know some people who couldn't enjoy it until S2. Cara is really awesome and the lack of her is almost painful in retrospect. XD

I was seriously bummed for a week. ): What I hated especially is how the show was only getting better and better. S3 would've been amazing.
