Honestly, why can't we have sexy dramas anymore? They're all bloody manga based stuff (which i won't complain about *coughRookiescough*) and the only new stuff that gets big is the Johnnys based dramas. Which is a shame.

If i had my way... Well, let's just say i'd like to think there would be a focus on plot but in actual fact there'd be a lot of naked skin. Preferably V6 and TOKIO's. :D

Aishiteiru to Ittekure with Toyokawa Etsushi and Tokiwa Takako has sex scenes. It's also a super-awesome drama, too.

I looked at her wiki today to see what other dramas she was in, almost..NONE OF THEM WERE SUBBED and most could only be found in torrents that had little to no seeds ;_; so so unfair. Speaking of which I've put that drama on my watch list recently, while I wait for summer dramas to be subbed and spring ones to finish up, I've been watching older dramas. I'm kind of on a kimutaku spree atm XD I'm watching Good Luck WHICH HAS NO HOT KISSING SCENES WTF. Seriously I was so waiting for Kimura to pull Shibasaki kou to him and have a hot kissing session but no dice ;_; I'm thinking of watching Engine after this...maybe that'll be better?

Really? What dramas were you looking at? It seems like I've watched her in a lot of things... maybe her roles just left strong impressions so it feels like more. XD Have you seen Katagoshi no Koibito? I loved her character there almost more than Koshonin. She really knows how to pick em.

I've tried just about every Kimura drama there is but I've only ever gotten through Pride.

I must not be looking hard enough, admittedly I'm mostly looking for streaming sites just cause I limits when it comes to MU and I have to dl via other laptops so I cant dl at any time of the day. also, no torrent for me ;_; I havent seen her in anything so far but Koshonin. I looked at her wiki and didnt recognize the names of any of the dramas on it. Anything you think she is in and good though tell me and i'll look up again. cause I'd love to see her in more stuff. Ahhh, I see. Katagoshi no Koibito and Warui Yatsura are both on jdramas if you ever get your laptop back. And Monster Parent has been picked up!! Both eps subbed so far, I've been using clubbox to get the raws. It's fucking fabulous-- all about crazy helicopter parents and Ryoko, the powerful, fashionable lawyer, looking at them like, "what the shit?"

Pride is great if you get the chance! Totally reccomend it. I couldn't get through Hero, though. Or Engine, or A Million Stars, or Beautiful Life, or Long Vacation...

It's just that Kimura plays such similiar roles all the time, and they're so obviously pandering to teenage girls and housewives everywhere. "Kimura is a charming pilot/hockey star/racecar driver with just enough bad boy in him for you the generic heroine to fix!" Pride was an exception because the screenwriter is genius (he also did Bara no nai Hanaya). XD

I totally agree kimura plays similar roles but up until today I only ever saw him in Hero. so I didnt have a chance to be bothered. plus I really loved hero. I'm not clever enough to go into detail WHY but I can say even though I liked kimura in it he wasnt the reason I enjoyed it so much. it was more like a combination of everyone's efforts in it and the cases each ep focused on. I'm so watching Pride now XD I was so worried it would suck cause I heard bad stuff about it before elsewhere and I'm not that into hockey. But if it's half as good as you I'll give it a shot.

Pride does have some skeevy gender issues, but as one friend told me, if unideal gender relations turn you off then you shouldn't be watching drama in the first place... XD It's really great otherwise. The BANTER omg. And the OTP is so adult. The lead female tells Kimura right up front that she isn't interested in a relationship if he's using her as a replacement. HEART.

Oh, and Sakaguchi Kenji and Sato Ryuta are in it! ♥ ♥ ♥
