I actually watched her PV like, twenty minutes ago, and while her voice isn't bad, I suspect her agency was just trying to capitalize on her looks and popularity. My thoughts on that? WHY DID THEY WAIT SO LONG MORE OMG PLEASE MORE.

Look at this image, and realize that her biggest name recognition in fandom came from her role as a nun.

I still call her 'Sister Angela' sometimes. >.>

I'll be honest, it kills me a little that she's so well known as Kame's love interest. MAKI WAS THERE FIRST, GUYS. WITH BREASTS.

In my defense, she makes one damn fine nun. Besides, I call a lot of actors and actresses their characters' names. Orrr whatever I happen to have nicknamed said characters. (I'm not kidding -- Koide Keisuke is Nuwanda, Hayami Mokomichi is Anna, and Kimura Ryo is Ducky McSweatervest.)

Okay, nica1287 is partly responsible. He reminded us a little of Teppei in Gokusen 2, who we'd called Ducky, and he wore sweatervests a lot. Hence, Ducky McSweatervest.

I don't pretend it makes much sense.
