Ooh, very nice. Especially the lines behind your frame -- makes it pop out, like. Who is that? (And I've written one other tutorial, but it's about coloring a b&w image. Not much use unless you're into manga. :D)

AHAHA. Seriously, you should've asked! All I do is throw a few gradients onto a mediocre screencap and apply pre-made brushes/patterns/textures and dubiously readable text. Sometimes, if I'm feeling really wild, I'll crop the same cap in a different way and greyscale it.
