and that's what you call theatre...

wow! today was our last day of instruction...now it's just working on showcase until graduation which is the 22nd...
today was mind blowing! We all had our scene sharings today. Three Tennessee Williams plays....and the second years did a Sam Shepard unit. It was all wondeerful beyond belief. The growth everyone has made in leaps and bounds is just bloody amazing. And...Wow....Sam Shepard's, Lie of the Mind....
And wow...Mike Perez! The work was amazing. And, if anyone talks to mikey p. anytime soon...you should just tell him how fucking amazing he is!
It's been a while since i've been blown out of the water like i was today. I mean....sitting on the edge of my seat, mouth gaping open with anticipation..."did he just say that?,"....that kind of feeling. i can't believe this year is concluding.
I have to start packing soon. I'm moving into a new house for summer and the rest of my time here. Yesterday. we had a picnic at Waller Park. It was a beautiful day with amazing people. We played volleyball, which is why my arm is all purple now! But...just to look around and see the bright, shining faces of beautiful people who have decided to dedicate their lives to making art. Thank God for artists everywhere! Thank God for the visions, and struggle, and strength...and thank God for the beauty of it all.
well...i should go downstairs and watch life is beautiful with dylan. i'm going to miss living in this house, with this family. But, now is not time to get nostalgic and reflect...now is time to be. Now is time to be as fully present in this moment as we can. The taste of life on my little tongue...has never been so full.
