"Excuse me?"
"I asked, do you feel like a battered woman? An abused wife, a victim of domestic violence. This PSA has a man who strikingly reminds me of myself." Louis just raised an eyebrow.
"Is that so?" Louis was more amused than surprised now.
"Yes, it is so. So answer the question, please."
"No, Lestat, I do not feel like a battered woman."
"...Good. Now go make me a sandwich, bitch."
