I thought this was a great opening episode. Confident, breezy and managed to dispose of all the superfluous plots from last season.

No more Initiative, Carrion, Charlotte being pregnant or Nolan in jail. Nice one, show.

The opening sequence with Emily being shot, could be Ashley. This episode certainly gave her a motive for it.

Ashley never seems to learn her lessons, does she? Trying to blackmail Emily was a dumb move on her part and I actually quite liked Emily and Victoria teaming up to take her out. It was a pretty bold move on their part.

Patrick seems sweet and I actually want him to stay that way to be honest. Both Daniel and Charlotte have their nasty sides, it might be nice if Patrick doesn't. I didn't like Charlotte driving him away from Victoria though.

Loved Nolan's entrance into the memorial party and his final scene with Emily as well. They're always a brilliant team.

Emily tricking Conrad into believing his has Huntington's disease was hardcore. A horrible thing to do but he had it coming though.

Not sure about Margaux to be honest and while I understand Jack's anger, that kiss was harsh as was his ultimatum as well.

Is Aiden really out to get Emily? I'm hoping he's stringing Victoria along to be honest.

Overall, an excellent opening episode, 8/10.
