DaVinci's Demons - The Tower

Okay, this wasn't as bad as the Backlot and some of the comments indicated but I did find it rather annoying that even though we got one kiss between DaVinci and Jacapo, we had yet another intimate scene with DaVinci and Lucrezia straight after it. Surely they could've left that out of the episode.

I liked DaVinci's way of getting the magistrate from sentencing him to death and I certainly hope that he succeeds in identifying the person who denounced him as well.

The scene with DaVinci and Jacopo about no-one defining him was interesting but I am hoping still that the show delivers more and something substantial in relation to DaVinci's relationship with men though.

The Decameron was a fun choice of play for Giuliano to put on for Ferdinand and Isabella and I liked that he gave Lorenzo a much deserved thumping as well. Vanessa was a lot of fun in this episode.

Clarice continues to shape up as an interesting character as well and I did like Piero just a tiny bit more in this episode as well. Maybe he won't be such a bellend to DaVinci for the rest of the season.

Nice to see Vanessa, Nico, Zoroaster and Verrochio helping out in a crisis but I did miss not seeing Riario this week.

Nice to see Al-Rahim again and a good revelation as well with the hanged man, 8/10.
