Canton Everett Delaware III - Doctor Who: Probably one of the better written gay characters we've had in a while to be honest. I do hope we see more of him during Moffat's run.
Caroline Forbes - The Vampire Diaries: Vampire Barbie is effectively the best character on the show and the episode where she kicked the crap out of Damon is a classic.
Claire Fisher - Six Feet Under: One of the best written teen characters from one of the best shows of all time.
Cutler - Being Human: Because focus groups and live streaming make him the most interesting vampire nemesis we had on the show since Herrick.
Claudine Crane - True Blood: The series version is great if short lived, the book version is amazing.
