Guess what I did before I watched this last ever episode? I went back and I watched Patriarchy and while I've had my issues with the way the series has developed in the last few years, I loved this finale.
It won't go down as one of the greatest series finales ever but it had a lot that went well in it's favour. Especially the fact that despite this being Sarah and Luc's wedding, every other character got decent amount of screentime as well.
I knew Sarah would come around to accepting Brody and I wasn't bothered that she did, though the thing with his daughter came out of leftfield and the fact that he has several kids is interesting I suppose.
Luc and his family wasn't that bad and the singing/dancing thing from the guys actually worked well enough. I wasn't cringing as much as I thought I would be.
Nice to see Tommy back but what happened with Rose? Maybe it was a good thing that she didn't show up.
Loved that Justin and Tyler were getting closer to being a couple. Justin really has grown over the years as a person.
Jonathan's proposal to Saul was sweet and I loved the idea of a cupcake pyramid.
All the kids - Paige, Cooper, Olivia, Daniel and Evan were accounted for but no Elizabeth?
Not sure how I feel about Kitty and Seth expecting a child to be honest but I did like them in the episode and I knew where Seth was coming from without needing to be told.
The Kevin/Scotty kiss was nice but damn it, we should've had more during the season but out of everything, it's them who I am going to miss the most.
Damn you, ABC, this was your best show and you screwed it and it's fans over. Bad ABC. 9/10.
