I stayed after class to ask Professor Landon about the possible time conflict between Latin 201 and the Phil. of Language class I want to take at Smith. He says the class is actually 10-11:15 and not 11-12:15, and was surprised to hear that ISIS said differently.
And then we kept talking. Over the course of the conversation (1) he asked me whether I'd seen Hedwig (because we were enthusing about the Symposium together) (2) told me about how he'd programmed in BASIC as a small boy and compared notes with me on the similarities of relative clauses and while loops.
(This is, I should mention for those who haven't had to hear me enthuse repeatedly, the man who, when he found out that we had a facebook group devoted to the idea of him being our watcher if we were vampire slayers, said "now if only I could get you all to call me Ripper")
