Dear Diary
Shoulder is feeling much better so catch up in the journal day for me. I used this heat compress which worked miracles. It’s this thing that gets micro waved and then steams the aching part. I can type again! Goal today go from journal to journal and catch up on everyone!
I finished ‘American Horror Story’ season 4. Then I finished ‘Hemlock Grove’. I didn’t like Season 4 of ‘American Horror Story’ as much as I liked the other seasons, but I did like the way it tied the character Pepper into both season 4 and season 2. My next catch up us going to be ‘The Vampire Diaries’ and ‘The 100’. I am looking forward to seeing what happened in those shows.
Projects Runway? No spoilers in the post but what did you all think of the season finale? While the winner catered toward a certain demographic I liked the second runner up more. I think a part of the reason the winner one was because of the marketing rather then the style of the clothes. The persons clothes were not as original as the second runner up. While the second runner up was not my favourite at the beginning and the persons style is not something I like personally, I very much liked their designs and originality. The winners dresses were things I have seen a million times before at cotillions and proms and brides maids dresses. I guess I wasn’t that pleased with who won, although I did like the winners personality, the designer could have done so much more at the finale.
Went to Ashley’s psychologist on Wednesday. I didn’t have to talk to him about ‘hey look over here’ because we were in a different room, and she was going to do a page or two of homework for him. Straight away he could tell I was the only one who knew how her homework layout is supposed to be done and that I am the one who knows how to get her to focus. She did the homework beautifully, just like she does at home, which means he couldn’t tell why the teachers aren’t getting her to focus at school.
Her disability is up for review, what a pain, I have to fill out a mountain of paperwork, to prove she didn’t stop being disabled. The crap part is the paper work arrived yesterday and they want it by the 10th. Jeez, could have given me a week at least right? I have to go to her grade school maybe and get her IEP if her new middle school doesn’t have it transferred, which hopefully they did. I’ll be filling all that out over the weekend.
I promised Brandon I’d play some D&D today. He usually runs games with his friends but I am the guinea pig that he test boards his ideas on. I agreed to play a character today. Ashley wants to use the upstairs computer which means we will probably take over Mothers room while she is gone off cooking for the public today.
