[There's a mussed-looking wizard in his boxers rummaging around in the fridge, a blanket tossed half-hazardly over his shoulders.  The room is dark but he's keeping pretty close to the light of the fridge, even if it's creating goosebumps.]

You'd think there'd be leftover turkey...

can't sleep, trying not to wake victory, up late, late-night snacks, dreams

It's called tryptophan, it's also in barley, fish, other foods. It can also be purchased as a prescription sleep-aid in Canada I believe.

No one reads the ingredients list, Promise. Food loses it's magic when you find out you're really eating xanthum gum.
