...its Friday!
Ok, so here I am .. long time no post. (Like many ppl read my entries these days, its myspace thats way more popular).
Im in sunny California, been here for close to a month. Its sometime early morning and Im in a coffee shop. This place is pretty super cool, the girls are friendly and its cozy. Ive just eaten a danish and had a yummy fruit smoothie. I think I might do a spot of shopping and might catch a movie to kill sometime.
My month here has been awesome, not only have I been to California I had a brief stint in New Mexico and Colorado. I got to celebrate Jay's birthday (which falls also on the 4th July heehee) ..and catch up with his family too. Ive taken a tonne of photos which I have to put in some kind of album.
I've got to catch up with Jay's friends and mine too back on Camp Pendleton and Oceanside. Tonight and tomorrow, we will be squeezing in some last minute catching up with some old friends before I fly away in two-three days time or so.
Yeah. I have to go -again- :( .. I wish I didn't. If it weren't for stupid university Id be able to stay way longer. Oh well. At least whilst Im finishing school I will be concentrating on tying up my loose ends in Australia and hopefully the VISA process will be painfree. Im expecting to wait at least 7 months .. either way I'll be looking closer to a year before Im back over in USA soil with Jay.
I think he's going to take the time apart harder than I. My heart breaks everytime we're apart. Yet, I wouldnt want to give my aforementioned heart to anybody else. Funny that.
Oh well. As Dory the fish says from 'Finding Nemo' Ive gotta tell myself, "Just keep swimming.. swimming swimming"
