Spooky Fun!!!
Had a fun weekend. Friday night Beau and I went to Old Norcross. Had dinner at the restaurant inside the old train depot. Traditional Southern cooking, and oh-my-gawd was it delicious! Then we went on the Ghost Tour which was a mix of ghost stories, local history and paranormal investigation. Really enjoyed the stories! One of my favorite historic homes was on the tour since it used to be a funeral parlor. It's for sale and I would SO love to buy it...but unfortunately we don't have an extra $800,000 lying around! Later we mixed up some blood-colored martinis and watched "The Changeling", a classic ghost story.
Saturday Beau had band practice. Had a fun, late-night dinner with Beau and Geoff.
Sunday Beau and I went to Netherworld Haunted House which was a blast as always! The Netherworld people top themselves year after year, and the houses just get creepier and creepier. Especially enjoyed the Vampire themed one that seemed to go on forever! And I do believe I heard one of the sexy Vampires calling my name over and over! *grin* I'm not sure if knowing the people who work in the haunted houses makes it more fun or much creepier...or both! Also caught up with Ace and his creepy puppet in the parking lot. What amazing makeup! Go to Netherworld before Halloween is over!!! It is well worth the admission price!
