i use to hate those "life is good" stickers
i had 2 phone conversations this week with important people of my life - bonnie and dammit. both of them said i sounded "different" on the phone. they seemed to get confused as to what word to use when trying to figure out what exactly i was.
"you sound.... happy"
yea. i am pretty happy. i have a lot of things to deal with, but they are all just temporary problems. all can be overcome. all can be dealt with the way you eat a sandwich - a bite at a time.
but overall, i am happy. i'm alive. i'm grateful for many things. and things look, mostly, positive.
i think the 2 of them had a hard word associating the word happy with me. that is expected. i had been so unhappy for so long.
in a weird way, i am excited about life. ha!
