A question regarding posting restrictions: what do we mean by "sexual material involving young children"? How young is young, and is discussion of underage sex okay if it doesn't actually happen in the fic?

My thoughts on the matter: the youngest I'm willing to allow is Dawn, who was fifteen shortly after she arrived.

Discussion is permissable, as long as it does not happen in the fic.

Does this sound reasonable?
