The cake is NOT a lie.
Hai Guys!
So I baked again, for the second time this week.
The first time I made a batch of slightly chocolatey cupcakes (or fairy cakes, whichever term you'd prefer) with plain buttercream icing that was just a touch on the buttery side because we ran out of icing sugar. They were a test run for my new icing syringe thing.
When I went to tescos the other day I picked up more butter, eggs, flour, caster sugar, icing sugar, cocoa powder and food colouring.
So, last night I baked again, and I would take lots of lovely pictures of the whole batch of cakes and such, but I couldn't be bothered, so here's a snap of the one I'm eating:
That's a cake made with red and blue food colouring (What an awesome shade they turned out man!), with chocolate icing and cadbury's chocolate sprinkles.
It's fucking tasty. By the time I've written this, it's almost gone.
Make that is gone.
