[the message is repeated a few times, accompanied by a video feed featuring Crow's frowning face. Really, he's been hearing it way too often as of late, and at this point, he shouldn't even feel bother by it. Right?
He still does. On the other hand, he keeps in mind that perhaps it's better that way. A person he cares for gets to go back home, and she's needed there.]
Looks like I'm the only one left... [these words are more than likely not directed at the network, but rather Crow himself. He remains silent for a moment, lost in his thoughts, before he's interrupted by a humming sound off the screen. He moves the camera to show an Altaria sitting on the other end of his bed, and in front of her are--
Cards.
Duel Monsters cards, those who have already had a chance to see them would be able to tell for sure.]
What is it, Shura? It's your move.
[in case you're wondering, yes, they seem to be playing. Or trying, at least. Interestingly, unlike what one could expect of a game, the cards are not lying neatly in a pile -- instead, they're scattered all over the bed. Altaria focuses back on looking at the cards and meanwhile, Crow smiles to himself a little.]
So you're Dragon-type now, huh? That shouldn't surprise me... You're the only one like that on my team so far, though.
[at these words, Shura perks up and starts poking a small pile of cards that has been set separately from the others. However, Crow does not seem to share her enthusasm.]
Man, I've told you million times already: you can't Synchro Summon a Synchro Monster without one Tuner and at least one non-Tuner Monster on your side of the field which combined level gives the level of the Synchro Monster -- and in case you haven't noticed, you've got no--
[he stops when it becomes obvious the bird isn't listening to him, busy pointing at the card on the top. Her trainer just sighs with resignation.]
Fine. [he draws Shura's desired card.] I still don't get where you're going with this, but-- [when he checks the card he drew, he says no more and instead stares at it with a dumb look on his face. Finally, he grins at Altaria and shows
the card to the camera.]
"The only Dragon-type on my team"... Guess that's a win for you, eh?
[that gets him a cheerful squeal from the bird, who now-- throws herself at her beloved mommy.]
Whoa, wait-- ShurAAAAHHHHH!!!
[... there are some muffled screams before the feed cuts off.]
