[in the afternoon, somewhere in Goldenrod, on a playground it's a big city, there's gotta be one there, you can notice Crow sitting on the ground, surrounded by a group of children + one Psyduck. Said duck has been playing with his trainer's PokeGear for a while to figure out how to record the story the duelist is telling and has just managed to push the right button near the end of it, so those who aren't around only get to hear the ending:]
... had two choices: he could either surrender himself to Security and spend the rest of his life in jail... or become a legend. And he chose the latter. That man, unbound by authority or common sense... flew.
[there's a loud "Oooohhhhh~" coming from the kids in the audience as Crow claps his hands.]
Well, that's all! Okay brats, go home or your parents will be worried.

Don't "but Crow" me! Enough is enough. Now scram. [he ruffles the kids' heads affectionately as they leave.]

[--NOW he notices the lone Psyduck (who's apparently very moved by the story he'd just heard, judging by the watery eyes) with his 'Gear and sighs.]
Jack, this ain't a toy, give it back.
