[and this is where Black Lance drops the 'Gear (which Crow catches) and attacks the Nidoran with Sucker Punch, which causes the Pokemon to stagger and fall down.]
Heh, good job, Black Lance-- huh? [feeling something tugging at his trousers, Crow looks down, only to find the rescued Psyduck staring at him with sparkly eyes.] What is it? It's safe already, you're free to go home. Now, shoo.
[The Psyduck doesn't even think of letting go; instead, he hangs himself on the duelist's leg.]
