[Uh-oh, looks like some hotheaded trainer is yelling at their Pokemon. N's liberation senses are tingling.

He storms up to Crow, apparently oblivious to the light on his arm.] Cease your yelling at once, trainer! That is no way to speak to a Pokemon!

[With all respect, N, he doesn't care.]

Yeah? Good, because I have my Pokemon to speak to and this thing sure as hell ain't one of them!

[No one ever cares about what N has to say. :c

He glares, looking disgusted by the response.] "That thing" is a Sigilyph. And it is just as much a Pokemon as your own are. It does not deserve any kind of disrespect.

[Maybe he would if a copy of Nazca Lines wasn't breathing on his neck!]

It could be a god for all I care! I just want it to leave me alone!

[He pauses.]
Why? You are a trainer-- is it not your prospect to "catch them all"? Besides, it seems fond of you. And Sigiliphs make formidable allies. I would know.

... Let's say I'm, uh, a specialist in bird Pokemon. But the last thing I want is to have any Pokemon that could have anything to do with Nazca Lines. Trust me, I have my reasons.

[Blink blink.]
Nazca Lines...? What are those?

[He glances at the Sigilyph.] ... Let me speak to it. There must be a reasonable explanation for it to follow you.

Oh, y'know! Big geoglyphs created-- ["when my god defeated others in a war 5,000 years ago..." Wait, that sounds crazy. Let him try this:] --for unknown purposes in desert in Peru. That kinda stuff.

[He gives him... a look full of doubt.] You wanna talk to it? Sure, br my guest. [Skepticism what skepticism.]

[He just... slowly tilts his head to one side. Geoglyphs he understands, but... Peru? What is Peru?]
Why would such a thing frighten you? Sigilyphs reside in deserts, but I'm certain they mean humans no harm...

[He nods and makes a beeline for the Pokemon. Once he's before it, his expression brightens considerably, a warm smile on his face.] Hello, Sigilyph. [N is just the epitome of normal, you know.]

[Clearly it's synonymous to Desert Resort! Right?]

Yeah, gods of the underworld that are sealed inside probably mean no harm either! Destroying the world surely won't bother anyone.

[Crow eyes him, then shakes his head with resignation. If that guy's normal, then he's the embodiment of law obedience.

Meanwhile, the Sigilyph returns the greeting with a squeak.]

[Most likely! Not that N knows that. Derp.

N looks over his shoulder at Crow, one eyebrow raised.] ... I have had enough of your judgmental attitude. Sigilyphs are not gods of the underworld, and they certainly have no intention of destroying the world. That's silly. I do not know what your "Nazca Lines" are, but they have no affiliation with Sigilyph, based on your description. [Oh, N. If only you knew.

He turns his attention back to Sigilyph, holding his hands out as if to pet it.] Where did you come from, friend? This isn't your home region... Have you traveled far?
