So I wanted to post some photos from last year, I got a little carried away though and there are quite a few of them, if you've the band width for it click on the cut.
Starting off with the weddings....
Sara and Peets wedding in June. My abiding memory of this wedding is of them walking down the aisle as man and wife to the song from the Adams family.
Ben and Anna's wedding in September, mmmmm... Sweety necklaces.
My best friend Helen and Gavin's wedding in October, for which I was her maid of honour.
And lastly Hazel and Pete's wedding in November, where I made Hazel nearly freeze to death so I could take photos of her.
And a photo of me and Spig at Hazel's wedding, photo kindly taken by Sara.
Holiday photos now, these are from our holiday in June with my parents and the dogs to Derbyshire.
We went down loads of show caves, this one is of Pools Cavern.
Buxton, the Pavilion Gardens.
New Mills.
Millennium Walkway at New Mills.
Spig taking photos.
Chatsworth, Bakewell. Because we had the dogs with us we could only do the gardens at Chatswort, but they were amazing.
The kinetic water-powered sculpture 'Revelation'
The view from the cottage we were staying in.
I'll admit I have no idea where this dam was.
Weathervane at Eyam village, where the villagers went into voluntary quarantine when the plague was imported from London in 1665.
Next are some photos from Devon in September. We went with my parents, my brother and sister in law and the dogs.
The house we stayed in was lovely.
Boscastle, where we went to visit the
Museum of Witchcraft, as we went in there was a silly old woman telling the owner that he was evil and quoting the bible at him.
Tintagel Castle, where King Arthur was said to be born.
Sunset at Bude.
Can't for the life of me remember what this place was called.
Great Torrington, where a statue sits in a secret garden commemorating the death of 5 boys in a fire in 1942.
Spig at the beach.
Monkey Island pub in Barnstaple.
And finally a photo of me and Spig from a while ago, I wish he wouldn't sneak up on me like that...
