(no subject)
wow, i'm a jackass when im drunk. i'm not mean, i just say stupid things. with perfect spelling somehow. ah well. all's well that ends well.
right now im burning a bunch of cds, games and anime mostly, bunch of stuff that needs burning off to make space. im bored but can't go to bed, not that im tired, but yeah. i have basically this whole week off from work, so i can sleep in, and chill. and let my wounds heal. i have like 10 tiny cuts on my hands from various things at work, not that they hurt on their own, but when you get salt in it, or something like that, THAT's when it hurts like a mof. so yeah. chill time.
went out thursday night after work to check out my buddy's band, One Step Lost, anyone here in town, if you hear about them playing, then go see them, they are pretty damn good :) then me and a couple work friends went to the Brass Door on king street, and i'd never been there, i like it a lot though, and the weird thing was, a bunch of other people we work with were already there, so we sat down with them till late, and then someof them left and i was left with the chicks i arrived with lol. we walked around a bit, then they caught a cab home, and i hopped on my bike home. while biking, my buddy was just getting home from work, and i stopped to talk to him for a sec and he was like "wanna come in for a few mins" so i said sure, and ended up sitting there talking about work for like an hour. good times.
stacyo's birthday party was on friday night :).it was good times, we went to eugi's place and surprised stacy, stacy thought she was coming to eugi's to see eugi and have some cake, just the two of them, and then when stacy came into the kitchen, BAM there was me, shado, pav, brea, benson, matt, and her roomates from downstairs, and there might be others but i forget (sorry). and we yelled SURPRISE and she was surprised. then we ate cake, hung out, drank for a bit, then went to barney's, but people didnt wanna be there, so we went into the ceeps instead, and dancing and pool ensued. it was good fun. she had a good time, and thats the pnly part that matters :)
saturday went out drinking again. met up with trotta and megan, we went to the Honest Lawyer, i love that place, and me anc chris split a yard in 25 mins, then went back downtown, met up with beki, then went back to the Brass Door because none of them had ever been. we had a lot of booze, way more than i thought i was gonna have, because i had to work on sunday morning at 7am. ah well. i bought beki a few drinks, bought myself a bunch more, and ended up spending about $70 over the course of the night. good times. then came home, had a couple more beers, talked to eugi on the phone for a bit, and then passed out.
sunday i wake up by way of a knock on the door telling me theres a phone call for me. its my manager, she says "you were supposed to be in at 7 buddy." i said "what time is it?" she says "7:23" i curse, and tell her i will be in asap. jer gives me a ride in, and when i get there, i find that i forgot my bus pass at home, which takes away my way to get home, but i think thats not so bad, i can borrow $2.50 from someone to bus home at 4. then i remember......my sign in card for work is in my bus pass. shit. now i can't sign in. so whatever. i get to work, and i was screwing up soooo much, it was the worst shift i ever did, partly because i had no idea what i was doing until kristen shows up, and partly because i was hungover, but not a lot, i was merely slightly sick to my stomach and had cotton mouth like you would not believe. screwed up so many times but we still managed to get quite a bit done, only left like 3 things for the night crew to do, which wasnt bad. even though i was supposed to be off work at 4, i was there till 6. then i ate my free meal and had to call my parents and get them to come give me a ride home, it was that or walk.
fun weekend all in all, it'll be more fun than this coming weekend, where i gotta work 4-close friday, 4-close sunday, and i open sunday at 7am. dirty. ah well, it'll be a good weekend for my paycheck.
and here i thought this was gonna be a short entry.....silly rabbit.
