(no subject)
So, just prior to Comic-con, I became aware of a limited edition Hellboy plushie being done by Toynami (of "skelanimals" fame). Dating someone who is something of a Hellboy fanatic, this seemed like a really awesome gift....except that I wasn't going to Comic-con.
Thankfully, with an assist from both Squirreltot and gastlichu, I managed to get my hands on one for Matt. He was suitably "Squee" over it and he'd actually tell you this himself, but he's done this whole "I'm leaving LJ thing" (even though he's already realized it is a mistake and is just going to stay away on principle now because he doesn't want to prove me right in my "you'll be back" statement ;) ).
So a big thanks for the assist, guys. Matt loved it.
