Okay guys, I've finally thought of something to add on to my little "story" ^.^ Look for an edit on this entry. =3~
This is hard! I dont know how Pw amber or Shad chan fights, thus I have created a sucky fight scene! X.X
Chapter 5
Days passed, then weeks, and before too long, months. Pw Amber visited Charcoal’s spirit in front of the sakura tree every day at midnight as he had told her, and every time the same question arose.
“When will I need to use this key?”
And Charcoal gave the same answer every time.
“Very soon.”
Yet he had said this the second time Pw Amber saw him: exactly two months ago. It often left pw Amber confused and alert, ready for anything. But nothing ever happened: The days came and went, and she still hadn’t used the key. Soon she began to wonder if Charcoal had played some crude trick on her, or that maybe she actually was going to use the key soon. Maybe Charcoal hadnt realized how long it had been, or maybe he had been planning this all along. But Pw Amber would never know, and could only wait for something to happen.
Shad chan had had enough of Pw Amber’s mood change. Ever since that one day he saw Charcoal’s spirit with Pw Amber, she had been quiet and kept to herself. And what was this key that she had hanging around her neck every day? And why did Shad chan feel warm every time he was around it? As the two passed eachother in the hallway one day, Shad chan grabbed her arm and ran into an empty room with her. “Shad chan???” Pw Amber asked, puzzled by his odd behavior. “Alright, pw Amber…” Shad chan started. “What’s with the change in attitude? You arent insane like you usually are and you’ve been hiding out in your room for months. What’s going on?” He asked, sounding a bit irritated. But instead of an answer, all Pw Amber did was hold the key around her neck unvoluntarily, rubbing it with her thumb. Looking at the key, he asked another question. “And where did you get that key?” Silently, Pw Amber looked at the key, still rubbing it, and murmered a name. “Charcoal…” That was the only answer he needed. Seeing her like this made Shad chan uncomfortable, like he had rocks in the bottom of his stomach. “Pw Amber…” He reached out a hand hesitantly, not knowing how to comfort her without feeling odd. Just as he was about to say something else, there was a loud crushing sound coming from outside. Perking up, the two ran off together to see what the commotion was about. They saw no one, but in front of the sakura tree on the grassy ground was a very small patch of burnt grass, and flowers: the ones pw Amber had left in front of the tree. On the tips of the blades of grass, and on the petals of the flowers were small embers, still eating away at the lush, colorful plants. Sadly, Pw Amber kneels and picks the flowers up. Shad chan, however, was more fixed on the empty crater, wondering who had done it, and worse: What it meant and what was going to happen.
Chapter 6
For the rest of the day, pw Amber was out in front of the sakura tree. Shad chan had been watching for most of the time from one of the windows. Eventually the sun was beginning to set, and Pw Amber was still outside. Shad chan, feeling the need to talk to her, walked out to greet her. He stopped, looking at the beautiful red and white roses she had placed against the tree’s trunk, to replace the ones that had died earlier. Silently, and sort of sadly, Shad chan walks up to Pw Amber and sits down next to her. Pw Amber was watching the sun beginning to dip below the horizon, and watching as stars began to twinkle in the darkening sky. There was no conversation: Neither of them was sure what to say to the other. There was, however, a strong sense of friendship between the two as they sat side by side, watching the world around them change from a warm evening to a beautiful twilight. They sat together through the dusk and through to nightfall, feeling relief for eachother’s company, which they both needed. Eventually they were holding hands, and Pw Amber was resting her head on his shoulder. Shad chan didn’t feel embarassed, and let her lean on him. Gradually, Pw Amber looked up at Shad chan, and their eyes soon met. Their faces slowly came closer, when the ground rumbled and shook. The trees in the nearby forest blew together, creating a soft hissing sound. Embers form on the edge of the crater yet again, and both Pw Amber and Shad chan hurry to their feet. Suddenly there is a huge gargoyle-like demon standing in the circle of ashes, with bright red eyes and deep blue fur, with a thick mane around the bottom of its neck and down along its back. Its arms are a little short, but bears thick, gleaming claws. It has a small snout, with a long tail and short, sort of elvish ears. The massive outline of the gargoyle’s figure was difficult to see in the night, but the moonlight made it easier to determine where it was, as did its red eyes. Flapping its wings hard, the gargoyle shows off its enormous wingspan and flies up over the sakura tree. Alarmed and startled, pw Amber and Shad chan prepare themselves, ready for anything. The gargoyle turns and darts out toward them through the trees, claws outstretched. With a quick shout, Shad chan succesfully Chaos Spears the gargoyle’s head, causing it to scream a terrible, numbing shreik. Quickly, the gargoyle regains its balance and flies straight up in the sky, then dives down toward the pair, wings shut and still shreiking. Both Shad chan and Pw Amber dodge in time to escape its thick claws, but Shad chan is caught off guard and suffers a wound created on his side by the gargoyle’s talons. Paying no attention to it, he teleports above the gargoyle’s head and performs a Chaos Burst, breaking its skin and splattering runny, dark red blood all over himself and the gargoyle. Again it screams, this time much louder. Feeling dizzy, Shad chan falls to the ground but manages to land on his feet. Holding his hands up to his ears, he growls. Pw Amber, drawing her Dragon Fang sword, slashes at the Gargoyle’s left wing. The gargoyle, attempting to dodge, does not bear as deep of a wound as he should have received.
NOTE: I’m seriously not gonna go through a huge fight scene when I cant think of one. XP~ Fast forward…
Pw Amber, her face dirty with sweat and blood, holds the key to her heart quickly, as she had been instructed to in the letter. The key glows, letting out a wave of white light. It changes quickly to a bright gold, and a figure can be seen making the wave of light go even farther. There is a bright flash. When it dies down, the gargoyle lays there, seemingly unharmed and not moving, stiff and cold. In front of Pw Amber is an angel: A very familiar looking angel, with gold and white wings, baby blue eyes…
Stunned, Pw Amber stares at the figure before her. Charcoal had said that an angel would protect her when she used the key, but she was never told that, indeed, Charcoal would be the one protecting her.
Woo... I think that's enough for the moment. XP~
