Brrr.
It got cold out there last night. We got up to around twenty today. We went down to my Uncle's funeral today. Huge turnout. I have relatives all over the place. The church was cold, and the church basement was freezing. Chatted with lots of folks. They all seem to be getting old, what's with that? Mom's having a really hard time of it, they were really close. We just lost Dad a few years ago, but that was somewhat expected, this was a real surprise. Hit Mom hard. It's going to be a very rough winter for her. We had a real nice visit with relatives from her side afterwords. We came across a car fire on the ride home.
Picked up The New Avengers #6 and Jack McDevitt's Cauldron at work this week. More stuff to read. I've been up since 5:30 this morning and I'm starting to crash. Wish I had another day for recharging.
