Actually im already starting to feel a bit better I've been trying to stretch a bit the last few days and it seems like its finally starting to pay off.
I think it happened when I was trying to put a body triangle on someone that had a hell of a pot belly in jiu jitsu. Was transitioning from an arm bar and rather than wait for my leg to come around I just grabbed my shin and yanked it.
