Wake me up. When semester ends!

Looking back on my first month at university I’m glad to say Rhodes was all I expected.
The environment of tutorials and personal lectures has given me a new perspective on education. The perspective that my History Lecturer is a bigoted Marxist, my Legal theory Lecturers vary between pleasant Mrs Davies and Psychobitch Mrs. Marais.
As for my English lecturers… they’re a mixed bag and Francis (The Philosophy Lecturer) is a bit of an optimistic theist which I like (The sole theist in a class of agnostics I always say go Kalam).
As for my new friends I have Jako, an Afrikaner with whom I share similar views and a profound interest in legal theory (Viva ius civile), my friend Jonathan, English fundi and fellow appreciator of both Ctrl-Alt-Delete and Fullmetal Alchemist, Tolula (No I don’t know how its spelt) the poetry loving academic and finally Zö, the clever and disturbingly committed Otaku (Imagine someone with a steely stare like Izumi, now add an eyebrow stud and change the hair colour to brown and you’ve got Zö)

It’s also been a turbulent month up in Kenya; my Dad is having a lot of trouble with an Indian faction in his company. I’m not sure what will happen to them any more. Anyone whose Christian please pray. For all my atheist friends just keep them in your thoughts, it means a lot to me.

And now another note I would like to apologise to anyone who needs to talk to me on MSN, It seems that all the online services dislike me so I will not be able to properly use MSN til April.

Finally some triviality that will no doubt cause uproar from JA; I have finished a new AMV based on Air Tv. How do I know that JA will hate it? It’s to “Flying without wings” by Westlife (Yes there are a lot of shots of Kano, Potato and Michiru as well as Misuzu and Kanna). Expect to see it up in April.

GAO!

Oh and Anyone who likes a good joke on the fantasy genre take a gander at Dominic Deegan Seer for hire; Possibly one of the best strips about second sight and its disadvantages.
