Blarg (translation: Update...finally)
Well, I guess it's time for another update. Right now, I'm waiting for my English class to start, and I have about an hour before I need to head that way. Right now, I just wish I had something to do. Maybe I can listen to my CD player. That would give me something to listen to while I kill time. Squee. College has offically started now and so far, it feels like another day of high school, but more expensive and bigger classes (and with the case of my history class...alot bigger) also, I found out today that I have the wrong math book and study guide. Yep. The bookstore here gave me the wrong books. I didn't have the reciept with me today, so I couldn't exchange them, but if my grandmother does the right thing I can get that fixed today when she comes to pick me up.
I also have my first homework assignments. I get to read chapters. Woo...*sarcasim* Any way...I wonder how my english class is going to be. So far, I like all of the rest of my classes well enough. I mean, History was ok, besides being big, Math was good, at least today we didn't have to do any work. Microeconomics seems like it is going to be a good class, the professor is really nice and funny. Also, it's the first class today that wasn't freezing. Here I am in short sleeves and a pair of shorts, and I'm freezing my butt off. I'm bringing a jacket on Wedensday. I don't know about english yet, since I still have a while before I need to be in that class.
In other news: It has finally rained here and over by my house in Princeton. Yay for rain. I never thought that I would enjoy a rainstorm so much. There are parts of Lake Lavon that you can walk across and not get wet. Trust me, the lake needs it! And we still need MORE! I don't think that the lake will be back at the right levels for a loong time.
AnimeFEST! The anime convention that I've been going to since 02, is comeing up. Yay. Friday I will be going home for a few hours and then heading over to my friend April's house and Becca is going to be there and we're going to experiment on making my hair stand up like Hiei's, since, I'm cosplaying Hiei for this year's cosplay contest. That's going to be fun. *ebil grin* If any of you want to see some pics and read con reports and such you can always go to my blog, System Glitch, hosted by the lovely Satu of Anti-nostalgic.net, and look at the pics that I have up so far (costume creation), and read reports after I get them up and such.
Jeebus, this is probably the longest update that I've done in quite a while. Heh. I guess it's because that I don't have to worry about this computer that I'm on crapping out on me. I'm always nervous around my grandparents computer. They really need to get a new one, but they've had to do several things:
1. Help me pay for college. (Savings bonds helped this simester)
2. Get a new raido for my grandmother's van. (The old one was stolen because the garage door was open and they could have come into the house and killed us all...glad they setteled on the radio and not anything inside)
3. Get a new A/C unit installed. (Their smaller unit broke and the back half of the house, were my grandparent's sleep, was oh so hot. Now it fixed.)
Well, I'm off. And yes terreh, I intentionally didn't put this inside a cut. HA! XP!!
