Dance
So my next door neighbor does Samba Reggae (she says it like "Samba Heggea," so with my suck-at-foreign-language-ness, I could be incorrect), and is teaching lessons here on campus. So apparently I'm now learning Samba (mixed variety of styles).
This all came up when, through random conversation, I found out she was interested in the Orisha, and of course I've been studying the Loa. So you can see some common interest there.
Anyway, wow, that was a work out. There were places where I was like "Geeze, Tiphany and the other girls who do belly dancing would be kicking ass right now." Reminded me of working on Luna, except without the Yoga warmup.
