So, this is all
candy_belle's fault, as per usual. This
pic didn't help matters, either.
Jamie/Segs, pg-13
hell-bound
*
A low growl went through the air, the sound a clear warning to anything within hearing distance.
"Who the fuck do you think you are, coming into our territory like this," Tyler snarled, his teeth already shifted and bared at the strange wolf in front of him.
His body was tensed, coiled tight, prepared to lunge at the slightest provocation.
Jamie was standing just in front of him, enough that there was no doubt who was in charge but there was more than enough space for Tyler to go around the Alpha if he had to.
"I have to admit I'm curious why you're sneaking around my city like this," Jamie said, his voice calm despite the hint of steel in it. "After all, you never asked me for permission to stay here and that's not something I'm inclined to overlook."
After a long minute of stubborn silence, Tyler growled again and shifted forward on his feet but stopped when Jamie held a hand up.
"No, Ty, you're not going to rough him up right now; it's too loud and messy, and there's humans not even a hundred feet from us.
"Besides, there's other ways to get answers," Jamie added, with a smirk.
"Now, why the hell are you in my city?" the question was asked in the rough tone of Jamie's seldom used Alpha-voice, his power puncuating every word.
"I didn't- I just wanted to stay for a little bit, I won't hurt anyone," the strange wolf managed to get, sweat beaded on his forehead as Jamie's power burned a trail across his skin.
"Liar," Tyler rumbled as the smell of gasoline and ammonia filled the alley; his wolf was close enough to the surface that his eyes changed color and his fangs were still out. "You think we don't know about the waitress you attacked last night?"
A low whine escaped the other wolf's throat as he started backing up, his eyes looking around for an escape route.
"Looks like, we're going to have to do this the hard way," Jamie said regretfully, his voice still Alpha rough. "Knock him out, babe, and then gag him."
Before he could do more than inhale sharply and turn to run, Tyler was on him and slammed his head into the ground hard enough that he passed out. Tyler pulled off his shirt and ripped it into two pieces that he used to gag him and tie his hands behind his back.
As soon as he was done, Tyler stood and tossed the unconscious wolf over his shoulder before he turned to look at his Alpha expectantly.
"Come on," Jamie said as he turned away from the noise of Dallas that they could still hear and went deeper into the alley where they had parked. "Toss him into the trunk and I'll text Jordie and Val to meet us up at the pack circle, I'm not waiting until tomorrow to deal with this asshole."
Tyler made an agreeable noise as he caught the keys Jamie threw at him. Once the wolf was locked in the trunk, Tyler slid into the driver's seat and started the car.
"McDonald's?" He suggested hopefully as he pulled out onto a dark side street. "I'm fucken straving, babe, and I know you didn't eat lunch today."
Jamie rolled his eye fondly but nodded once he snuck a glance at Tyler and saw he was back under control. "Yeah, go for it. Make sure to get enough for Jordie and Val, too."
"Duh," Tyler said with a laugh. "Like I want to listen to Jordie bitch about us forgetting him."
The night had started out pretty shitty, but Tyler thought it might get better before much longer.
He sure hoped so, at least.
