Breath Play:
What I think: I really like reading/watching breath play in porn and fic, but in practice, it's only something I'll do with someone I know really, really well and can trust to know their limits because it can be very dangerous and, seriously, irreversible damage is just not on. I do like it, tho, mostly because it puts me firmly in charge of, literally, everything and even in play, that's a very heady feeling. On the flip of that, of course, comes the responsibility to make sure they keep breathing and that's a bigger weight that it what it would be during "normal" scenes.
Who likes it: That's a hard one and I want to say Pete again, for a lot of reasons, but since he's going to end up popping up in here again, so I'll go with Tony. He loves it, it's possibly one of his favorite things; it shuts his brain off, makes him aware of his body in ways that have nothing to do with the arc reactor. It puts the decisions in someone else's hands and while that's not something he does easily, it's something he does need.
Cuffs:
What I think: Oh, man, this is a big one for me: I love bondage. I love restraining people, watching them go to move or reach for someone/thing and then get pulled up short... It reinforces that not only am I in charge, but that they can't even sit up until I decide it's OK (or if they safeword, of course). I like it a ridiculous amount, even for a top, lol. There's just something so sexy about seeing someone restrained and just having to take what you give them, wheb you decide they should have it.
Who likes it: Pete, of course; he loves being tied down, cuffed to something and being forced to stop and just do what his Dom (Patrick) allows him to do; it makes him feel light, happy, more relaxed than when he's in control of his body. Just the sight of cuffs laying on the bed or nightstand is enough to start putting him under.

Yeah, it's a lot of...everything, lol. There's just so much that can go wrong and so fast, it's a lot of risk to take. But, yeah, I'll read the fuck out of that all day long in fic, lol.
I know -the payoff is so much for relatively little effort, it's no wonder that everyone loves it, lol.
