Spring Break
Wow... I haven't posted in a while. Spring break was really interesting. I had two volleyball tournaments--both occured during spring break--and my team had so much fun. We didn't win anything, but a had fun nontheless.
It was Saturday night and we had to get up at seven the next morning. The whole team--except for Faydra and I--went to TGI Fridays for dinner. Faydra and I decided to stay at the hotel and read, because we both had really bad headaches. When our team got back, all of us--but Karli and Mandy--sat in the room talking.
Soon it was around one, and Kristin went into the other room to see if Mandy and Karli were there. She came back and told us that Mandy was on the phone and Karli went to Thanh's (our coach) room to shower. We all thought it was really weird that she would go to his room to shower.
It was finally two o'clock and we decided to check to see if Karli was back, but she wasn't. We were like, "What the hell is she doing in Thanh's room at two in the morning?" Then we called his room and Karli picked up the phone. We were like, "Karli... Hey... What are you doing?" Then Katie--who was imitating Thanh--said, "Karli come back to bed."
We all died of laughter. It was sooo funny. Anyway Karli finally came back around two-thirty, but we didn't get to sleep until three. Just imagine playing volleyball with four hours of sleep. Definitely interesting...
