Amiah awoke slowly. Hunger had consumed her and now she functioned purely on animal instinct. Her golden eyes had turned a deep red. She sank down onto the floor and crawled on her hands and knees down the stairs leading to the dungeons. A deep gutteral growl came from within her chest. Her eyes had clouded as she reached the dungeons. She ( Read more... )

Soraka continued to sleep soundly, only a few flinches every onec in a while disturbing his peaceful slumber.
It was then a loud booming voice awoke all in the dungeon as a familiar figure walked into the dark area.
"Everyone! I have an important annoucement!" The man exclaimed as he walked in front of the cells, looking into each one as if inspecting the people inside.

Lucifer then looked over at Amiah, having not gotten to Soraka's cell yet, so, therefore, having not seen her laying beside him. He nodded at her, walking over.
"Amiah. There has been a mass abundance of new recruits to God's army, and we cannot hope to win with the amount that we have. We are going to have to put these prisoners on the battlefield to have any hope of winning." He then looked at her sternly before moving to look in Soraka's cell, looking over his body with an excrutiatingly keen sense for detail. It was as if he was different form the others somehow, for he stood at the cell for longer than he did the other cells.
Soraka slept soundly, unaware of what was about to happen to him.

"But my lord!" she replied, "None of these...creatures, are ready for combat!" She pulled her hair in frustration. How could this be happening!? A voice in the back of her mind told her to fight back, insist that her team could take them but her body knew better. NO ONE went against Satan, but did she have a choice?

"Amiah, do not question my motives." He looked at her with a chilling stare that demanded that she should say nothing more on the subject. He then looked back to set his eyes on the sleeping half breed.
Soraka's eyes fluttered slightly as he swore he could feel cold, yet familiar eyes boring into his skin. He forced himself to open his eyes and look up at whoever it was.
Something hit him. Something harsh and cold, yet warm and inviting. Strange and scary. He quickly turned back away fromt he man, not willing to face the feeling again.
It was almost as if he was supposed to know something, but the information wouldn't come.

"I want you to get these people dressed and put out into action now, Amiah." Lucifer replied, still watching the angel with a strange curiousity, his mind only half there. He then watched for a few seconds longer before turning to walk out.

She sighed. Grabbing swords and a few sheilds she tossed them at the prisoners.

She turns to the angels, ignoring the few lowly demons that resided in the cells, "Remember you all belong to Lucifer and your precious little 'GOD' will not take you back and help you. If any of you try anything stupid I will personally track you down and make sure you die a SLOW and horrible death!"

She watched them file into a line, then led them out of the dungeon and into the smoking plains of hell.

He felt a low growl as he let his fingers lightly run over the cool metal of the sword. His eyes were a dark blue with golden edges and they seemed far off as they set upon the sword. His anger then consumed the orbs once more like a storm on the ocean.
He glared at Amiah as she filed them into a line, his eyes icey with hatred. A low growl escaping his lips as he walked past her.

That had been Lucifer, he could tell it. Those icey light blue eyes filled with utter suspicion and long grown loathing. The slicked back hair and pinstripe suit.
He truly felt that he was superior, didn't he? To have such an air about him and everything.

Soraka suddenly sped up, his rage fueling his legs now.

If Lucifer wanted him to fight...he'd fight.

Didn't mean he had to follow the orders of that prideful 'lord.'
