I really don't think she'll leave. Maybe they'll do the tumor thing that we keep hearing about. Maybe that'll help her and Alex grow closer IDK. I still believe her and Alex will get their happy ending.

Yeah, I don't think she's going to leave either. Some people don't like her, but she still has a big fanbase, especially with all the Lexzie shippers. Getting rid of her would be a bad move IMO.
