Like a lot of you on my friends list, I grew up gaming. I shot ducks in duck hunt, headbutted coin blocks in the Mario games, fought aliens in Contra, and got mauled by Mike Tyson in Super Punch Out. These are some of the fondest memories from my youth

As for fighting games, yes. Smash counts. We should play sometime. Er. When I get my Wii back from Mel, that is. Haha. On that note, the only racing game I'm decent at is Mario Kart. Heh. ♥

FFIV is good. The gameplay is mediocre compared to other games in the series, but the story is nice, I think. FFVI is pretty awesome all around, so kudos. ♥

I've never played Illusion of Gaia. I'll look for it if Nintendo releases it at their Virtual Store. If not, I can always download the ROM. Hehehe. ♥

About CT, are you going to get the DS remake? It'll be a modern day CT without the slowdown! Wondrous! Haha. I liked the movies from the PS1 version, though. I hope those make it in.

As for CT, I'll have to snag a copy so I can battle you! I'm hoping that it won't be as one-sided as our games of either Pokémon or IIDX.

Oh, right. No Square for the VC. It makes sense though, because there are a lot of people (myself included) that are going to pay primo dollar for every remake that Square pumps out.

Oh, and I heard about FFIV's New Game+. It doesn't excite me in the least. I've played through that game enough time. No mas! NO MAS!

Although it is kinda strange that they do have a game on WiiWare right now. Oh well, as long as they keep making them portable, I'll still get them.

Same here. I'm such a fanboy. I haven't picked up any of the PSP ones yet, though! That's a start, right?

(...Well, that's probably only because I don't have a PSP. Le sigh.)
