I was wading through my files just now and look what I found, one of the poems that I've written. This one's actually only two stanzas long and if I remember correctly, I wrote this for a group activity for our english subject back in high school wherein we had to draw our interpretation of something. I can't pinpoint the exact topic. And to write a matching poem for it. Since I can't draw for the life of me (yes, it's one of my frustrations. haha! XD), I opted to volunteer for the poem-writing.
Beyond the dusk, lies the shrouded night
Bearer of fear & uncertainty
Within its depths are our neverending dreams
Waiting to be realized in awakening
But fear not, I say to the weary soul
For a crystal high above lights our shadowy path
Through the winding roads, along the edges & cliffs
Leading us away from an untimely demise
