the only difference if you join earlier or later is the Garish room mags you'll get n_n

so i guess if you want the Garish Room updates on dim scene tour you better join now lol~

lol X3 good luck! i almost had a heart attack the first time i got the form coz it was all in japanese lol X3 but coz i can read a bit of japanese now if you need any help i'll be glad to help you out :D

when i got the form i was shocked cause i didn't know it was in the PSC book ! ! ! i opened PSC book and.... OMG ! ! the HERESY form *___* i was veeeeery happy !!!
i can read it,but i have a LOT of doubt to fill it correctly...
so,i'll contact you sooner ^__^ thanks again!
