right so ive decided to monotor what i eat so that i can be more controlling over it as its just a load of sugar intake and a bit of salt
so far today ive eaten:
kellogs honey cornflakes
a glass of orange juice
a cranberry and orange bruch bar
an orange club biscuit
cheese and onion mini cheddars
a mini kit kat chunky
a latte
a bottle of water
a millies milk chocolate cookie
a plain rocky biscuit
a coffee
and i think thats it so far
for my tea im having chicken breast, carrots, mashed potatoe and possibly broccoli
and i'll probably eat more later
i rly need to just cut down on the sugary things, i think i'll limit it to a brunch bar, choccy biscuit and mini cheddars a day and see where that gets me
atm i'm 9st11 and i wanna be back down to like 8st11 at the most, but i'll be happy with 9st3
