Obama is, virtually, the new PRESIDENT of the USA.
He promised change
He promised not to use that awful politic of shot first ask later that Bush preached these 8 years.
He said "Let's talk, talk, talk AND talk... AND TALK again before relying on war " I believe if he does that he'll have the help of most countries in the world.
